Wood Haven Health Care, voted one of Northwest Ohio's Top Workplaces by the Toledo Blade for seven consecutive years, is now hiring for full-time and part-time State Tested Nursing Assistants.

Wood Haven Health Care Senior Living & Rehabilitation is an active and vibrant facility, providing many options for residents, as well as out-patient services. We offer skilled short-term care with private rehabilitation rooms and therapy treatments for seniors who need to be temporarily away from home. For those with long-term needs, around-the-clock nursing care is provided by dedicated caregivers, along with therapists and support staff. We have a 4-star rating from CMS.

Must be a graduate of an approved Nurses Aide Training Program and pass a state approved competency evaluation, or eligible to enter such a program, graduate and pass a state approved competency evaluation within 120 days from the date of employment. *Wood Haven Health Care can also provide free Temporary Nurse Aide Training.*

STNA registration must be current and in good standing on the Ohio Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry. Must complete a satisfactory criminal background check pursuant to ORC 3722.151.
