Tide Cleaners Minneapolis is actively hiring for our Store Manager position. In this role, you lead a team of Customer Service professionals and working side by side with our network of Customer Service / Store Leads across the Minneapolis Metro area.Strong customer service skills, cash handling, interviewing, hiring, time management skills, supply ordering, scheduling and oversight of labor control will all be mandatory requirements of the job. Dry cleaning experience is not required.
We are willing to train and coach the next great leader at Tide Cleaners, so ENTHUSIASM and MOTIVATION are required for the person we choose.

- Hands on Training of new & existing Customer Service Reps
- Direct leadership and management of store leads
- Position reports directly to General Manager Tide Cleaners Minneapolis
- Provide daily direction and coaching to ensure service & quality standards are met
- Monitor key performance indicators; on time %, CS scores, online reviews, labor %
- Monitor employee success metrics; hiring, training, employee retention
- Weekly reporting to GM & Owner: ensuring goals are met & suggest corrective actions
- Develop relationship with stores to improve performance and encourage retention
- Creative problem solving skills
- Conflict management techniques to communicate directly with unsatisfied guests.
