As the Store Manager, you are responsible for leading your team to deliver a successful store. You ensure your store achieves all key metrics and is meeting or exceeding all sales goals. You are the link between the Xcell’s vision and how it comes to life in your store. You drive profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store to include Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development. As the Store Manager, you will teach and coach behaviors to your store team that delivers a best-in-class customer experience.

· Knowledge of retail management best practices

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

· Excellent organizing and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

· Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance

· Maintain Xcell and Metro By T-Mobile reputation by providing a clean well merchandised store, adhering to standards and planograms

· Maintain and enforce store operating procedures and personnel policies as required by Xcell Communications

· Properly manage inventory ensuring accuracy.

· Secure inventory and cash to minimize store loss.

· Maintain presence on the sales floor to ensure service and sales objectives are met.

· Plan and manage to ensure store meets and exceeds sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Management: 1 year (Required)
