Hours/Week: 40 (Full Time)
Scheduled Hours: Scheduled Work Hours will be 8 hour work days, to include: a 30 minute unpaid Meal Break and two paid 15 minute Breaks for every four hours of work. Hours worked may vary, and may include any hours from 6am to 9pm, Sunday through Saturday.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Purpose

Responsible for performing and/or assisting in supervising all functions relating to the effective operations of the Shelby Store.

Essential Job Function

  • Assisting in Management of the Vegas Retail location, its staff and their scheduling.
  • Managing the process of prepping the inventory to be put on the sales floor (i.e. hangtags, pricing, folding, racking etc.)
  • Manage inventory levels at the store and manage the product flow process from

Warehouse to store.

  • Liaising and implementing the merchandising and marketing strategies with the Retail team.
  • Responsible for optimizing and maintaining the aesthetics of the Store and keeping the merchandise appealing.
  • Insure implementation of in-store promotions and pricing are effectively displayed
  • Utilize available reports to ensure stock and inventory levels are appropriate for the demands of the store and when the Retail Group is running Promotions.
  • Nurture a team atmosphere across all lines through consistent training and development of all team members.
  • Communicate actively with all management to ensure policies, procedures and protocols are inline.

Work Environment

Requires working indoors, outdoors, exposure to sounds and noise levels that may be distracting or uncomfortable when working indoors and may incur exposure to extreme heat weather conditions when in the shop area. May also be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, paint and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials when in the shop area. Job duties are performed independently.

Qualifications

Experience and Education
Three or more years of similar experience. High School/G.E.D. Work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Ability to pass a Pre-Employment, Random or Reasonable Suspicion Drug Screen(s). Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Background Check.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
