Cabinets To Go is seeking a Store Ops Support Supervisor to work at our Store Corporate Headquarters located in Franklin, TN.

This position is responsible for supervising all personnel in Store Operations Support roles.

Focused on driving productivity and service levels of the overall team, as well as individually.

The ideal candidate will create a positive work environment that focuses on training and growth across the team and will ensure expectations are being met for productivity, training and development, attendance, as well as following company policies and programs.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure workload is planned daily/weekly to provide proper service & support across all stores. Utilizing all available headcount and prioritize as needed, to make sure vital functions are not missed.
  • Last week of each month must have workload planned to support specific needs for end of month closeout.
  • Ensure all time keeping functions are monitored and processed on time.
  • Plan for future peak selling events, ensure team is scheduled to handle upcoming events.
  • Ensure PTO is planned out appropriately and does not interfere with workload.
  • Give clear instructions and set expectations with all team members.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure all team members have proper training and development to perform job functions.
  • Provide feedback and coaching on any performance deficiencies.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
  • Manage payroll expenses properly to meet the needs of the business. Adjust accordingly.
  • Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supervising and leading a team.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Being comfortable working in an environment of well-defined actions and plans, as well as times of ambiguity.
