The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

Executing defined test activities to include the generation of test plans and procedures.

Conduct product testing and concluding with generation of informative test reports.

Oversee the build of subassembly hardware to include subassembly integration, HW kitting, final assembly, and subsequent ESS and ATP. The responsibility will also include the definition and build of test equipment through assembly and inspection.

Basic Qualifications:
This position requires effective task organization and communication skills with a background in systems development, integration and production.

Candidate must have experience in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and formal system development/certification experience in all phases of the lifecycle.

Ability to obtain and maintain a SAP clearance is required. Must currently have a final secret clearance with a completed investigation within the last 6 years.
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated experience and success on a technically challenging development program.

Demonstrated experience presenting to program/senior management.

Demonstrated experience integrating weapons/sensors onto aircraft and other platforms.

Current Special Access Clearance.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with an investigation within 6 years

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
