Summary/Objective:
The Strategic Marketing Specialist creates communication programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its product, diagnostic imaging. The role is responsible for synergistically driving results by executing against corporate and brand objectives with key accounts and customers, to include referring providers. Additionally, the Strategic Marketing Specialist develops messaging architecture and competitive positioning. They develop solution-based core strategies for the portfolio of services as well as market-focused initiatives. The role creates and executes company-wide strategy in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, to include the Sales, Operations, Business Development, Communications, and Data Analytics teams. In collaborating with these departments, they will ensure that execution strategically aligns with the objectives, goals, mission, and purpose of the company.
Position Pay Range (based on experience): $62,480 - $78,100
Essential Functions
1. Leads the development of sales strategies and collateral for each respective Plan of Action (6 month period), inclusive of launching new technology, services, and focused campaigns.
2. Holds accountability for the successful creation, execution, and inspection of outcomes.
3. Optimizes resources in messaging, collateral, and generally across the sales field and key account teams.
4. Oversees timelines of pre, peri, and post launch of products/services, including communications, resource development, and implementation of brand strategy.
5. Serves as strategic lead in new markets and new technology, to include developing launch timelines, plan of action, collateral, goals, and objectives in relation to market dynamics and strategical direction. Optimizes efforts for scalability across various geographic areas and contracts.
6. Tracks metrics and completes analysis of results to measure ROI of programs and inform brand strategy.
7. Strategically coordinates, focuses, and leads implementation of social media efforts and web content.
8. Promotes cross-divisional communication to maximize total product portfolio penetration.

Work Environment
This job operates both in-the-field and in clinical environments. Automobile travel may be required on a daily basis. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- Two plus years’ experience in a relevant sales/marketing role or equivalent position with demonstrated success, preferred.
- Previous experience with Salesforce & Tableau, preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including making impactful presentations.
- High levels of marketing proficiency and industry-specific experience.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player.
- Ability to work in a regulated environment, adhering to strict legal and ethical guidelines.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately.
- Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment.
- Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience in relevant field. Advanced degree, preferred.
