Summary
Plays a key role in structuring ambiguous questions and solving complex problems to drive the implementation and execution of effective solutions. This role will report to the Director of Strategy and will regularly work directly with senior leadership throughout the organization (AgriBusiness, Foods, and Corporate) and across key functions, including Finance/FP&A, Commercial, Operations, and Human Resources.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to support strategic processes
- Establishs trust and collaborate with Business Unit leads across both business segments and in all functions to develop strategy scope and execute solution delivery
- Manages more junior members of the Strategy team
- Drives the formation and implementation of strategic projects including the effective development and tracking of KPIs
- Develops and refine presentations for senior management that effectively communicate complex ideas
- Sources data and build financial models to support data driven strategic decision making (including M&A and Capital Projects)
- Manages and leads important deliverables and varied deadlines across several different projects throughout the business
