Who We Are Looking For

We need a detail-oriented leader who will support the development and implementation of software, systems and processes, and procedures that will drive the efficient operational functions of the company as we scale. The Strategy & Operations Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations and will support the growth-minded executive leadership team. This individual will drive collaboration and integrate all departments to lead critical day-to-day operations. The right candidate for this role will be a self-starter, take initiative without being asked, be vocal about ideas, have an analytical mindset, and have a strong work ethic. This role will require you to intimately understand Marshall Reddick’s services, mission, vision, and values to create scalable solutions to grow each of our lines of business.

Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 annual salary + bonus potential up to $25,000.

$100,000 - $150,000 yearly

Overview of Tasks:

• Identify pain points and propose procedures to improve process efficiencies
• Provide input to refine and strategically scale company operations
• Project management related to proposed new processes and operating systems, including implementing 3rd party software and in-house software
• Collaborate with all departments to integrate our services across all employees
• Identify features and enhancements for our software development team
• Work with department leads to build out and maintain Training Handbooks & documentation
• Assist with planning company events and initiatives
• Coordinate and manage opening new offices and expanding existing offices
• Assist in compliance with all of our services

Experience:

• 5+ years experience as an Operations Manager, Project Manager, or similar role
• 5+ years leading teams, managing employees, implementing systems
• Developing operations in a fast-paced tech-focused company
• In-depth knowledge of real estate brokerage, property management, or private lending is a plus
• Experience with software integrations, implementations, and creation (ERP, CRM, Web Development, Microsoft suite, AppFolio, HubSpot) is a plus
