Summary

As a Content Creator and Influencer supporting SEB’s newest D2C brand, Stronger U Nutrition. At SEB, we offer a fun, fast-growing, inspirational culture grounded in people, purpose, profits, and play.

As a Content Creator and Influencer , you will build Stronger U’s organic presence and authority in various communities across social media by creating compelling, on-brand, and relevant content that influences awareness and impacts key business metrics.

What You’ll Do

• Serving as an in-house content creator and external influencer, you will create and execute Stronger U focused content for your brand channel, as well as create unique content for Stronger U brand channels
• Follow viral trends to create relevant brand content in real time
• Create awareness and authority by regularly contributing to external communities, while building your personal brand community as an extension of the Stronger U community
• Interact with our members-only community and participate in other member-focused activities (ex: Podcasts, community challenges, etc)
• Coach a small roster of Stronger U members to maintain credibility and stay close to the member experience
• Work with the in-house subject matter experts (PhD, RD) to vet and validate that content ideas are in line with our nutrition philosophy
• Host quarterly trainings for other Stronger U coaches to learn best practices for creating compelling content and cultivating community

What You Have

• Authentic influence! You understand that ‘making people want things’ requires a deep investment in building relationships and providing value
• A passion for wellness rooted in science and evidence-based methodologies
• An innate passion for social media and creating connections everywhere you go
• Nutrition certification (ex: PN1, NASM, or RD) accompanied by a degree in nutrition, marketing, or a life science
• An existing community of 55-100k followers on TikTok and/or 10-20k followers on Instagram (as a minimum) with a willingness to share Stronger U related content on a regular basis
• Deep knowledge, experience, and understanding of producing, editing, and deploying quality video content that is relevant to your audience
• An eye for quality — lighting, background, and sound are always considered when producing content
• Experience coaching nutrition or fitness clients is preferred, but not required
• Willingness to submit short form video content samples should you progress in the interview process
