We are hiring an Analyst to join the Structuring and Pricing team at Energy Harbor. Our team is primarily based out of Akron, Ohio, along with a few team members in Houston, Texas. In this role, the analyst will assist with costing activities in deregulated power utility markets as well as supporting pricing projects and initiatives across all retail sales segments.

We will consider candidates local to Akron or Houston. This position offers a hybrid office/remote work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Support Residential and Commercial sales initiatives throughout the year. Verifying data used and ensure timely processing of pricing
• Assist with analyzing rules, regulations, and tariffs for Electric Distribution Companies (EDCs) that are actively being pursued
• Work in systems and applications to understand deal management and tracking
• Actively participating on other functional teams including Retail Back Office (RBO), Sales channels, and Commercial Operations
• Effectively and efficiently perform ad-hoc analysis for projects as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration on Finance, Accounting, Business, or Analytics is preferred
• Previous retail costing and pricing environment preferred
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other business unit specific applications
• Capable of delivering quality, accurate work within established deadlines
• Strong analytical skills; experience with managing load data and customer utility detail a plus
• Ability to react and respond to change in a fast-paced/demanding work environment
• Robust communication skills; ability and desire to work in a team environment
• Proven success in meeting deadlines, good time management, and project completion
