Are you interested in making at least $25/hr, with the potential to earn up to $35/hr + bonuses while building tangible skills for your resume? We’re hiring a Team Lead for the Campus Collaborative Research program, which will help to uncover actionable insights for a non-profit partner. In this position, you will partner with your campus-based team to conduct two-minute interviews with students at Swarthmore College, enhancing communication skills, developing project management strategies, and gaining market research experience. You must be a student at the University to be considered for this job opportunity.

Leverage the potential to earn money quickly with our competitive pay structure:

• Base Pay
• Earn $25/hr for collecting up to 14 surveys per hour
• Earn $30/hr for collecting 15 – 19 surveys per hour
• Earn $35/hr for collecting 20+ surveys per hour
• Bonuses
• $200 Team Lead Bonus – Add leadership experience to your resume by applying to be a Team Lead, where you’ll motivate your campus team to collect as many surveys as possible. You’ll also have the opportunity to manage a discretionary budget ($100) that can be spent on items that will motivate participation in the survey (food, advertising supplies, etc.).
• $100 Celebratory Meal – Collect 200 surveys on your campus before any other campus and we’ll give your team $100 to spend on a celebratory meal.
• $25 Referral Bonus - Refer friends to the program, and after they collect 10 survey responses, you’ll earn a $25 bonus.

A minimum of 10 surveys collected are required for payment to be issued.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the campus team of research ambassadors towards the goal of 200 surveys per campus, employing strategic tactics for deployment and motivation
• Manage $100 in discretionary budget for items that could entice students to participate (snacks, advertising materials like posterboard, etc.)
• Collect up to 200 survey responses from undergraduate or graduate students on your campus, including:
• Approaching students on-campus to request participation in a two-minute survey
• Facilitating the survey, which includes typing participant answers into survey fields and recording audio clips of participants’ responses
• Uploading audio clips to a shared drive
• Offering fellow students the opportunity to, through optional participation, win a $500 Visa gift card
• Record and report hours worked to Newbridge
