Job description
Lockheed Martin’s ATACMS Global Supply Chain team is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented problem-solver to add to its subcontract management team. As a Subcontract Mgmt Staff, it will be your responsibility to facilitate the procurement cycle from beginning to end. ATACMS is a fast-paced production program with ample opportunities for growth and new experiences within the Tactical Missiles line of business. Our team operates in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and strives to make all the pieces of the puzzle fit together to deliver quality products on time to our customers. The selected candidate will serve as the primary liaison between Lockheed Martin and our suppliers, communicating customer concerns, expediting delivery schedules, and tracking engineering revisions and material needs.
Basic Qualifications:
Primary job responsibilities will be administrating and managing major subcontracts in various stages from proposal through execution and close out. Specific tasks include issuing Proprietary Information Agreements, generating RFP packages, analyzing and evaluating subcontractor proposals to include price analysis and coordinating cost analysis and commerciality determination, validating proposal compliancy, developing negotiation strategies, negotiating price and terms & conditions including prime contract flowdowns, facilitate subcontractor invoicing, and monitor subcontractor performance against contract, SOW, and funding requirements. Candidate will be required to issue subcontracts and modifications and generate required documentation in accordance with established acquisition policies and procedures. Candidate will also be required to coordinate Finance on baselining and sales forecasting activities and analyzing risks and opportunities to the financial plans.
Ability to obtain a secret clearance.
