On exception we will hire in secondary locations such as District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia. We are not actively recruiting in Colorado, Rhode Island or Washington.

Overall Purpose
Responsible for receiving and reviewing all subpoena packages to process each request end-to-end for Zelle and FCRA data. Acts as the liaison for law enforcement and internal legal business partners. Partners with EWS legal department to ensure processes remain aligned and consistent with legal interpretation of the subpoena process.
Essential Functions
  • Primary contact/liaison with law enforcement and other requestors of information
  • Receives, Scans, logs, tracks, processes, and reports on company subpoenas related to Zelle and FCRA
  • Works with business units to collect, evaluate and assemble data in response to subpoenas and inquiries related to Zelle and FCRA
  • Completes preparation of responses
  • Prepares reports related to subpoenas
  • Performs quality review of documentation and tracks errors identified
  • Supports the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year or more previous experience in a banking or other call center environment.
  • Prior legal document or e-discovery experience, particularly subpoenas and/or related to banking, fin-tech or complex data
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hard-working, diligent, willing to learn new skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive data.
  • Background and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Education and experience obtained through completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • Banking or payments experience
Physical Requirements
Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.
