Tropical Smoothie Cafe Crew Member

Our Tropical Smoothie Cafe is now hiring Crew Members to join our store team. As a part of the Crew, you’ll be a part of a community that thrives on service- to each other, customers, and the community. We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with interested candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner

• Takes orders and serves/prepares meals and beverages promptly and courteously

• Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored

• Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedure
• Must be 18 years of age

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed

• Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to overcome obstacles while maintaining a friendly, positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.50 - $13.00 per hour
