The Client Relations Supervisor is responsible for staff and department management, cross-functional support, and strategic planning/execution. This position is also responsible for managing order entry and processing, shipping, phone coverage, emails, Distributor and Sales inquiries, RGA (Return Goods Authorization), WRA (Warranty Return Authorization), quotes, and charge backs.

• Manage the overall process flow of orders and chargeback/deduction resolutions.
• Delegate work amongst direct reports to ensure proper workload distribution.
• Coordinate with Sales and Distribution to ensure timely shipping. Manage customer specific contract pricing. Set up and update new accounts in the inventory management system.
• Resolve escalated customer issues as needed.
• Ensure accurate processing of RGAs and WRAs in the claims management system.
• Identify, develop, and implement solutions for a broad scope of routine and complex issues and trends.
• Provide support and solutions to cross-functional staff as needed.
• Act as a resource to staff on policy, procedure and pertinent business process and management information.
• Update customer procedures as needed.
• Assist the Director in creating and implementing strategic planning.
• Make employment recommendations on hiring, promotion, transfers, training and development, disciplinary action, terminations, and pay adjustments; monitor performance by completing new hire and annual performance evaluations.
• Perform other duties as required within the nature and level of work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and five (5) years of related experience are required. Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of supervisory experience are preferred. Experience with PRMS, AS400, BOSS, or Varsity preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office suite of applications. Must be able to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and work independently and with others. Ability to work in fast-paced and high-stress environment. Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written. Ability to analyze routine and complex problems.

Physical Demand Requirements
​Occasionally required to stand, walk or sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
