Join our awesome team of professionals! We are a fast-growing dental insurance company, seeking a Supervisor Facilities & Special Projects professional with excellent organizational skills!
The Supervisor Facilities & Special Projects will be responsible for the overall upkeep of LIBERTY Dental Plan Facilities. Responsibilities include but not limited to managing the physical access account, the overall daily activities and workflow of facilities department within the Las Vegas office. Other responsibilities include:
- Responsible for vendor interaction and management
- Responsible for overall upkeep of the suites including but not limited to breakrooms, conference rooms, copy rooms, and general facility areas to ensure a safe and productive work environment
- Oversee the inventory of general office and break room supplies and will place orders as needed for restock
- Manage the employees daily ticket requests
- Maintain access badges and overall physical access account
- Manage alarm schedules and works with the alarm vendor on all aspect of the companys security account.
- Manage floor plans Assist with department set up reconfiguration and office move
- Create/generate and maintain various reports and keep accurate records for all accounts
- Oversee safety drills and quarterly safety inspections
- Oversee suite expansions and new office set up with guidance from the Director Facilities & Special Projects
- Oversee the set up for new vendor files and maintain the vendor master list
- Interact with the property management office to coordinate facility-related tasks
- Promote and support a teamwork culture and environment
- Ensure interactions remain positive and professional with all persons with whom you interact during your work both internally and externally
- Maintain a safe and productive working environment following established protocols
- May require after-hours and weekend work occasionally based on department projects
- Generate reports and collaborates with the Human Capital department to reconcile employee lists
- Works closely with IT department for various projects
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, AA degree preferred
- 3+ years of Facilities experience
- Office administrative support experience required
Specific Skills/Knowledge:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must be able to meet deadlines and adjust to priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work efficiently and take initiative
- Capable of being self-motivated
- Complete projects with attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality
- Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Environment and/or Physical Factors:
Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Work involves sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs., in addition to typing, grasping, pulling, pushing and use of ladders and tools. Position may be subject to travel as deemed appropriate by the Director of Facilities to various LIBERTY office locations (less than 25%).

Compensation_*
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $58,760 - $76,388, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a benefits package.
