Position Summary:
During appropriate shift is authorized and designated by the DON to assume overall responsibility for clinical nursing practice and resident care according to each unit's established plan. Provides for continuity in decision making and consistency in nursing practice by assuring that nursing and hospital policies, procedures, standards and department objectives are met. Acts as a resource and support person for the nursing staff. Represents Administration during any events occurring on shift

Recruitment Requirements: RN, BSN preferred. Two years of RN experience required. Previous supervisory experience in a LTC setting preferred.
