The Supervisor, Social Performance COE is responsible for continuously elevating the social expertise of Publicis agency teams. The Supervisor is a social media buying expert who will guide and direct the Publicis Media social activation teams, including Media Supervisors, Media Managers, and Associate Media Managers. The Social Supervisor is accountable for the implementation of social media best practices and is a resource for accelerating our social media products and services. Demonstrated account management is essential, along with experience activating sophisticated social media campaigns in all social platforms.
Social Media Support
- Monitors and supports agency team’s execution across social media partners
- Ensures Publicis Media quality assurance processes are implemented
- Owns the development and documentation of social media best practices for improving efficiencies within the Publicis Media agencies
- Measures advancement progress of the Publicis Media agency social executions
- Serves as the intake point and first response to social media queries from the agencies
- Continuously evaluates the social media landscape and identifies testing opportunities for agency teams
- Facilitates the top relationships with our social media partners and tech platforms
- Keeps agency activation teams abreast of social platform features and roadmaps
- Coordinates collaboration sessions and office hours with the social media teams in the Publicis agencies
- Participates in developing and evolving the Publicis Media products for social activation
Thought Leadership
- Embraces and encourages a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and thoughtful curiosity
- Motivates and guides Publicis Media agency teams, working collaboratively to drive social media initiatives that meet our clients’ performance and business goals
- Creates advanced social media playbooks, and drives adoption across teams
- Curates and disseminates social media POVs and thought leadership pieces for the agencies and clients
- Contributes to learning and development content creation and provides consistent training across everything social media
- Understands and explains the features and benefits of all PMX products and services
- Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred
- 3-4 years of demonstrated success in social media buying across all social media platforms
- Demonstrated problem-solving and project management skills
- Demonstrated sophisticated understanding of social media principles
- High proficiency level in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work autonomously and balance multiple tasks

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
