Soleo Health is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to work Remotely (USA). The Supply Chain Analysts improves the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection and analysis. The position requires excellent attention to detail, in-depth understanding of the receiving/dispensing process and exceptional analytics skills. They use interpersonal and problem-solving skills to gather information from different departments to recommend ways of improving the supply chain.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect data on supply chain operations by running reports from various systems
• Design and evaluate request for proposals (RFP)
• CPR+/Insight utilization and reporting
• Direct products to preferred formulary
• Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations
• Create reports for internal teams and analyze them
• Structure large data sets to find usable information
• Track inventory for all locations and departments
• Run inventory through Insight
• Inventory cost test audits
• Pricing, update pricing to inventory items as pricing changes.
• Pricing Requests, respond to internal asks for pricing requests
• Product Adds, adding drugs/supplies into CPR+.
• Monthly purchase order and dispense reports
• Reconcile purchase order report and record purchase information
• Cost analysis to ensure proper discounts
• Updating various workbooks regarding dispensing
• Evaluating quality, price, reliability, technical support and availability of goods and services
• Preparing allocations
• Maintain records of inventory
• Remove unused items from CPR+

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in related field required
• Specialty/Home Infusion experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Experience with the EHR CPR+ preferred
• Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with complex logistics planning, vendor relationship management, and future forecasting.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, warehouse management)
• Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions from them.
