  • Position Purpose: Supply Chain Specialist manages the network of suppliers, service providers, contractors, distributors and customer service required by a company to run its daily operations. Identifies cost savings opportunities throughout the network. Reviews and improves existing department procedures and policies and develops new procedures. Ensures supplies, parts and rental equipment are available when needed to meet rental demands. Completes the purchasing process by developing relationships and coordinating with field management and vendors. Provides information regarding pricing, specifications, suppliers and order status.

  • Position Summary: Build a strong supply chain network by progressively working with quality managers to set up continuous improvement programs and find ways to reduce company operational cost. Work closely with internal customers to understand their business needs and maximize rental revenue by reviewing specifications to ensure selection of appropriate products/services. Oversees the return and replacement of items that do not meet company specifications. Maintains a high level of customer service by providing accurate and timely information regarding pricing and specifications. Gives updates on order status and proactively tracks open and past due orders and updates the Wynne system with current information. Establish metrics to appraise vendor and service provider’s performance including quality, cost and delivery performance and report to upper management in a regular basis. Ensure compliance with the company quality, operational and safety standards

  • Together with the operations team you will drive and execute projects to ensure carbon emission reductions (both in our own operations and in the value chain) supporting the divisional targets and initiatives.


    Be an active coach and develop less experienced staff throughout the company.


  • Requirements:

  • Two to five years related experience in a corporate supply chain environment. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Must demonstrate good analytical, planning, customer service, communication skills to effectively interface with vendors, stores, service providers, sub-contractors and customers.
  • Must show thorough knowledge of supply chain management, transportation as well as quality processes.
  • Build mutual beneficial relationship with suppliers, contractors etc to ensure entire supply chain functions in a positive and vertical connection
  • Strong contract negotiation skills for new and existing vendors and service providers. Enforce terms and conditions of contracts to comply with legal requirements and company policy
  • Under minimal supervision, perform daily tasks to support supply chain management operations such as but not limited to issuance of purchase orders for new equipment, quotes, invoices review, reporting
  • Monitor forecasts to identify regions that need adjustments on supply chain activities

  • Education Requirements:
    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, business, industrial engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required for this role.

  • Skills:
    Negotiate agreements to obtain the best terms and conditions for the Company. Strong analytical, contract law, commercial terms and standard procurement procedures are required for this position.

  • Training: Six Sigma green belt certification is a plus

  • Physical Requirements: Able to sit, stand, walk and work in front of a computer monitor for long periods.

  • Additional Requirements: Two to five years of experience in the field of supply chain management. Spanish preferred but not required. Warehouse management experience. Able to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time.

  • Equipment and Tool: Able to use a copier machine
