Position Summary:

The Supply Chain System Analyst improves the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection and analysis. The position requires excellent attention to detail, in-depth understanding of the manufacturing and delivery process and exceptional analytics skills. The role utilizes interpersonal and problem-solving skills, gathers information from different departments and recommends ways to improve purchasing decisions and maintain on-time delivery of manufacturing materials.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deals directly with internal and external vendors and customers.
• Collects data on supply chain operations via multiple methods, including ERP system.
• Analyzes data to identify areas to improve efficiency and On-Time Delivery (OTD)
• Develops and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with shippers and vendors.
• Assesses vendor operations and enforces compliance with quality standards.
• Manages vendor performance with scorecards.
• Reports supply chain performance to management.
• Responsible to follow Medical Murray Quality system, including all applicable SOP's included in the Training Matrix.

Education:

• 4-Year Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

Qualifications:

• Candidates require strong data collection and analytics skills to identify trends, mitigate risks and improve product delivery.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficient in spreadsheet applications, SQL tools and mathematical analysis.
• Candidates are recommended to have professional certifications in supply chain management and related disciplines. APICS-CPIM is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years in logistics or Supply Chain
• Experience in purchasing and procurement in manufacturing setting

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

• Experience with ERP order entry systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work performed.
• Strong analytical skills, as well as a flexible working style and creative problem-solving skills.
• Good work ethic, reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work on a variety of tasks on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Experience in ERP systems to create, maintain and use BOM's, preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a "Can Do" attitude.
• Strong relationship-building and customer focus skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
