Job description
Location: All campuses/hybrid. Temporary position.
Work Hours: 10-32 hrs/week.
The Support Representative provides support for various Information Systems (i.e., Health Link, etc). Interaction with other Heritage Valley employees such as, but not limited to, nursing, health information management, information systems analysts, and patient registration staff is required as necessary to complete a variety of the support functions. The support representative is responsible for various other duties as designated.
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- General knowledge of PC software and hardware and PC experience
- Must have typing and computer application experience
- Must be courteous, and possess excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be conscientious, detail oriented and possess good organizational skills
- Must be good at multi-tasking, adaptable to change
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Preferred
- Current college student highly preferred.
- Experience with marketing and public relations
- Experience with meeting and promoting a product to multi-generational customers
- Basic knowledge of systems/applications installed at HVHS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Access
