AERO DENTAL is currently seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon Associate to join our brand new dynamic, privately owned, multispecialty dental office in West Chester, PA.
We are a fun, upbeat, experienced, energetic, and professional dental team, that offers an opportunity to thrive and grow with us.
The position is offered part or/and full-time. This opportunity is excellent for an oral surgeon that loves comfortable-paced dentistry and a flexible schedule with no production targets and no practice management stress.
Our New Oral Surgeon Associate will receive as follow:
- Potential to earn up to 45- 50 % of collections based on experience and commitment
- Compatible based pay per diem
- Potential opportunity for profit-sharing partnership and much more.
Our dental Practice is equipped with digital X-rays, CO2 laser, Cone Beam/ CBCT, and web-based practice that allows our doctors to provide the best treatment to patients.
