OrthoVirginia, Virginia's largest provider of expert orthopedic and therapy care, is currently seeking a full-time, experienced Surgical Technician to join our outpatient operatory! This position is Monday - Friday, no call, holidays or weekends. Position Summary
The Surgical Technician functions as a part of the surgical team during surgical incision, excision and repair of pathology throughout the perioperative procedures.
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years surgical technician experience (Required)
- Orthopedic surgery experience (Preferred)
- Current Surgical Technician Certification
- Physical health sufficient to meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position
