HumanEdge Allied Health is looking to hire a Surgical Technologist (Certified OR Tech) to work in one of Connecticut's largest health care systems in Hartford, CT.

- 10 hour shifts
- 13 week contract, option to extend.

As the Surgical Technologist, you will:
- Prepare and organize the operating room equipment, instruments, and supplies as required for various surgical procedure
- Anticipate surgeon and patient needs during a procedure
- Take care of specimens, prepare, check, and monitor medications, and assist with dressings
- Set up a sterile and sanitary environment, and maintain the sterile field for the patient during procedures
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a level II trauma facility
- Opthamology experience is preferred
