Principal Responsibilities:

Swim Instructors are responsible for conducting swim lessons to various participants and groups of different ages, abilities, and demographics including but not limited to: parent/child, group lessons, private lessons and adult lessons. Swim instructors must be proficient in the skill levels they are teaching as well as comfortable demonstrating each skill as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 16 years of age
- Willing to obtain or currently have a valid First Aid/CPR/AED certification
- 300 yard continuous swim, front crawl or breaststroke or combination of the two
- Detail oriented with a critical eye
- Patience with young children who love to learn
- Ability to work weekdays and some weekends
Salary:
$35,000 - $45,000
