Our client, a well-established local company in the Insurance Industry is hiring a System Analyst. This position will be reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible of comprehending and evaluating the information systems to assure adequate functioning in a daily basis and in special projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze the impact of the changes and document the process
- Liaison with all parties
- Analyze and define the requirements to assure a proper design according to the necessity
- Design documentation to assure the proper functioning
- Provide evidence to the Management Team to help them in the decision-making process
- Design solution in configurations and programming
- Report preparation
- Support in CRM, RPA’s, Data Warehouse, Filenet and Helpdesk matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related fields
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration a plus
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience in the Insurance industry preferred
- Previous experience in collaborative environments, team work and system innovation
- Previous knowledge in: MS Office Cloud [i.e., Office, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, among others], MS Dynamics CRM, Data Warehouse, RPA’s, Web Services, API’s, Cloud, Data Center, Microsoft Windows, MS Azure, Unix/Linux
- Project Management experience
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Fully bilingual
Compensation: $70K - $80K Base Salary. Commensurate with candidate experience plus excellent fringe benefits.
