JOB SUMMARY:
In this position, the Systems Analyst / Administrator will implement, maintain, and support IT and information systems to meet the business needs of the organization and scale as the organization grows. The Systems Analyst / Administrator will analyze existing systems for improvement and recommend new system processes. They must follow best practices and align with organizational goals while creating better procedures and solutions to increase performance and revenue.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the supervision of the Director of Business Systems & Technology, the Systems Analyst / Administrator performs all related tasks specifically, but not limited to these areas:
Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement within the business system
Assist employees in resolving access issues, workflow malfunctions, and train users on application systems
Work directly with dedicated IT Project Management Team to assist with implementation projects from beginning to completion
Maintain, test, and monitor systems and programs while coordinating installations with dedicated IT Project Management Team
Assist in new system deployment and customization for business needs.
Brainstorm new ways to add more functionality to system applications
Examine user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems and automation.
Review and analyze technical reports, manuals, and other reference materials to develop programs to meet IT needs
Report common patterns, questions, and other issues to management.
Serve as a system administrator for Enterprise platform technologies
Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights
