Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet technical and business SLA’s
- 6+ years of IT Operations experience (support, maintenance, and administration)
- Experience with operating systems (i.e. Microsoft and Linux)
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow and JIRA
- Experience with performing technology audits
- Experience writing SQL scripts
- Experience with performing technology audits
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Information Systems, Computer Science)
- 3+ Experience supporting Point of Sale systems
- 3+ years’ experience in Retail Industry
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
- Experience supporting GK Software Transaction + application or other payment systems
- Experience supporting Unwired Revolutions Remotelink communications software
