- Great communication skills
- Strong Familiarity with ITIL Processes (issue & change ticketing, etc)
- Very strong Enterprise HW skills (Dell PowerEdge Servers, storage, network switches, routing, data center environment, etc)
- Very strong Microsoft OS Enterprise skills (MS Server OSes, OS Clustering, Active Directory, MS storage spaces, OS Deployment and configuration, etc)
- Strong familiarity with Virtualization (MS Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with MS Azure Cloud a plus
- Familiarity with network communications and protocols
- Familiarity with enterprise monitoring systems/tools
- Familiarity with Linux OSes a plus
