The Systems Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for establishing and executing on robust QA processes for the Peter Millar, Peter Millar UK, G/FORE and G/FORE UK websites. This person will develop testing plans, ensure adherence to brand standards, maintain QA documentation, and communicate any issues and suggested improvements to the Site Operations team. The goal of the improvements will be to drive revenue, increase conversion, increase sell through rate, and most importantly, provide a luxury user experience for the customers.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
:

  • Design, maintain, execute, and an effective front end testing strategy to uncover issues and optimize customer experience
  • Summarize findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner
  • Work with Site Operations Manager and Design Technologist to recommend site enhancements based off business needs, test results, and best practices
  • Place test orders on all Peter Millar and G/FORE websites to identify gaps in the code and/or user experience
  • Complete competitive analysis to find opportunities to increase revenue, optimize site usability, and increase sell-through rate
  • Strategically work alongside internal business units (Digital Media, IT, Distribution Center, Corporate Marketing, Inventory Planning, Customer Care and Executive teams) to drive the online business and best serve internal and external customers.

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of E-commerce QA or website operations experience in a retail (or wholesale) environment.
  • Ability to work with various QA/Testing tools and technologies (i.e., Jira, Confluence, Notion)
  • Website user experience testing, and A/B multivariate testing is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and InRiver strongly preferred
  • Apparel knowledge & luxury brand experience strongly preferred
