Talent Acquisition HR Partner

Shifts: Full time (1.0, Monday – Friday, day hours)

Duties: The Talent Acquisition HR Partner works with organization leaders to optimize the organization’s overall talent acquisition function. Provides periodic updates on market trends/position/conditions. Develop talent-related processes, practices, and strategies. Maintain business relationships with hiring managers through continuous written and oral communication to inform managers about candidates in the pipeline and identify hiring needs that are forecasted. Track and report on talent-related metrics, draft job descriptions, workforce planning and forecasting. Will participate in Culture and organizational-wide process improvement projects as needed. Other HR related functions, including payroll processing.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required. At least three years of HR experience preferred. HRIS experience preferred. SHRM-CP a plus.
