Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Summary/Overview:

In this role, you will be leading the Talent Acquisition team and providing strategic direction and staffing expertise to enable the recruiting team to successfully meet the current and the, future talent demands of the organization. This position is responsible for the daily management of the in-house recruiting team and the external staffing teams to execute the recruiting department goals, HR Goals, and the goals set forth by the organizational leadership. The main objective of the Talent Acquisition team is to provide quality of hires that enable the business to be successful, while being committed to transparency with the business and ensuring a fair, efficient and positive experience for candidates and new hires.

Specific Job Duties:

  • Lead the team to hire to target and be 100% staffed by optimizing sourcing, recruitment funnel and team organization
  • Oversee the full recruitment life cycle and drive improvements to increase the quality of hires through data-driven recruitment strategy based on strong recruitment data analysis and KPI management of Recruiters & Recruiting Coordinators
  • Ensure operational excellence in every step of the recruitment process (new positions intake, Job descriptions, pre-screening, interview scorecards, offer communication, etc.)
  • Leverage and analyze data reports to effectively partner with the cross functional team and Business
  • Strategize and execute talent initiatives to develop a strong pipeline of external talents for Key roles by proactively sourcing, identifying and networking with potential candidates and market mapping
  • Build up Employer Brand & manage annual graduate recruitment via digital branding, and campus engagement initiatives
  • Drive efficient recruitment process using Greenhouse Recruiting platform and also by spearheading recruitment process innovation
  • Keep a pulse on the market, evolution of trends and best practices. Build and develop business cases for change as needed, proactively partner with compensation department as needed setting realistic expectations for the business
  • Partner with the total rewards team to ensure market compensation for the local geography is in alignment with the organization's compensation philosophy
  • Lead, coach and build a strong recruiting team, provide them regular performance feedback and coaching, identify development opportunities to stretch team members to increase their skills and grow professionally
  • Partner with hiring managers on the development of job descriptions that encompass job duties and characteristics that will attract top talent
  • Communicate updates on hiring metrics, current market conditions and recruiting status to leaders at various levels.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required

  • Bachelors degree with min 12+ years of in-depth resourcing and talent acquisition experience gained in a fast growing and dynamic environment
  • At least 4 years of experience mentoring, coaching, developing, and managing a large team

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools

  • Proven ability to drive scalable, strategic initiatives to maintain current expectations and simultaneously addressing and preparing for the projected growth
  • Excellent communication skills partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure the department exceeds the expectation of the business
  • Experience managing staffing agencies will be preferred
  • Experience in market talent mapping in Semiconductor, Technology and Manufacturing industry will be preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to navigate complexities and build relationship across multiple platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to report on KPIs and key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse/Workday is an added advantage
