Talent Acquisition Manager
Serenity Healthcare is currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager in our Lehi, UT Corporate Headquarters office. Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for recruitment strategy, team management, and recruitment responsibilities including but not limited to:
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Provide weekly analytical and well-documented recruiting reports from hiring metrics
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify top talent bust suited for the organizations needs
  • Identify and implement new creative sourcing methods, including partnering with the Marketing Team to focus on new social media recruiting and Boolean searches as needed
  • Recommend ways to improve our overall brand
  • Management of workflow processes
  • Training, Research and Development
  • Build a robust talent pipeline
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
  • 1-3 years of recruiting leadership experience, including sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Direct experience with using various job boards
  • Paycor (ATS) software experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
