Talent Acquisition Manager
Serenity Healthcare is currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager in our Lehi, UT Corporate Headquarters office. Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for recruitment strategy, team management, and recruitment responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Provide weekly analytical and well-documented recruiting reports from hiring metrics
- Partner with hiring managers to identify top talent bust suited for the organizations needs
- Identify and implement new creative sourcing methods, including partnering with the Marketing Team to focus on new social media recruiting and Boolean searches as needed
- Recommend ways to improve our overall brand
- Management of workflow processes
- Training, Research and Development
- Build a robust talent pipeline
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- 1-3 years of recruiting leadership experience, including sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting.
- Direct experience with using various job boards
- Paycor (ATS) software experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
