Promotes a culture of creativity and accountability within the talent acquisition team to enhance relationships with hiring managers by providing consultative advice and delivering quality results.

Lead online and social recruiting strategy development and execution; ensure platforms are appropriately leveraged (ROI) and in keeping with current user behavior.

Work with Talent Management leader to develop any recruiting training required for hiring managers.

Deliver behavior-based interviewing programs focused on high quality interviews being conducted by interview teams.

Lead the development of advanced sourcing and pipelining strategies and practices.

Continue to develop and strengthen the capability of the team to source for and fill hard-to-fill roles.
Influences and contributes to the development of recruitment processes. Ensures all workforce and Talent Acquisitions plans are clarified and executed across team.

Partners with other HR departments and shared services teams to review processes and partner to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness for talent acquisition.

Manages special projects as a member of the Talent Acquisition team to innovate and continuously improve our processes.

Create/use recruiting metrics and analytics to provide insights, drive decision making and measure team productivity (i.e. SLAs, and customer satisfaction).

Work with the appropriate HR and Communications staff to ensure that the SSB brand and strategy are reflected on all web/social media platforms and in all recruiting materials.

Manage staffing vendor relationships, performance expectations and annual spend.

Develop & manage campus recruitment activities, including the company internship program.

Maintain a partial requisition load (Executive level-Dir +) as needed, being flexible to accommodate resource needs and availability.

Technology leadership for applicant tracking system (ATS), social recruiting platforms, diversity recruiting platforms; partner with HRIS to ensure maximum functionality & utilization of our SuccessFactors ATS.
