This recruiting position will be responsible for entry-level and mid-level manager recruitment assignments and will ensure at least 50 positions are filled in a timely and efficient manner within 12 months. The recruiter will take ownership of the recruitment delivery and relationship management, ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs, and targets are achieved.

Successful Outcomes

Manage full cycle recruiting and pipelining plans for all organizational levels within multiple business units and fill at least 50 open roles within 12 months

• Partner with hiring managers to define and understand their needs, align on a plan to recruit, manage the hiring process, review and analyze resumes, provide search updates, and hire the best talent for the team.

• Serve as a talent advisor to share market intelligence, and practical and creative recruitment techniques and provide guidance and consultation to improve the recruitment experience for hiring managers.

Achieve delivery targets and recruiting metrics within 12 months

• Time to fill (non-managerial position< 45 days; managerial position< 60 days)

• 90 days attrition(< 5%)

• Average Response Days (< 7 days)

• Hiring manager satisfaction (4 out of 5)

• Candidate experience satisfaction(4 out of 5)

• Cost per hire (TBD)

• Diversity (male to female ratio close to 1:1)

Lead and manage the candidate lifecycle to deliver a high candidate experience

• Ensure a phenomenal candidate experience by providing efficient and clear communication with candidates from the application stage to the offer phase.

Proactively identify ways to source passive candidates using LinkedIn and other social sites. Introduce new and innovative ways to engage talent for hard-to-fill roles.

• Develop effective and compelling presentations to sell the job and the company to prospective candidates

Ensure the company complies with laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing, recruiting, and hiring practices

Manage and collaborate with external recruiting firms as appropriate

Performs other HR-related tasks or projects as assigned.

Key Prior Experiences

1+ years of full life-cycle recruitment in a fast-growing fast-paced environment, previous experience in global, high-growth organizations, or combined staffing agencies. Candidates with prior corporate experience would be preferred

Candidates with user experience on tools like Indeed, LinkedIn, and similar tools will be preferred

Successful experience in handling multiple searches, and hiring managers, at different stages at the same time

Experience in developing and handling talent networks and pipelines

Requirements

Mandarin and English fluency is a must

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.

Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills with a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.

Open for both on-site and remote, or hybrid in one of our global offices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
