Job Description:

Talent Solutions Operations Associate

This position provides support to the Operating Executive and Talent leadership team. This position will require strong communication, organizational and technical skills and the ability to continuously prioritize multiple projects and have a high level of focus on quality, accuracy and confidentiality. This position will provide exposure to every area of Crowe’s talent organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic projects including change adoption, learning new systems and developing, editing and formatting communications, presentations and deliverables.
  • Prepare and distribute various communications and reports and perform data analysis and reconciliation as well as summarize trends
  • Serve as a technology champion and early adopter to new applications, systems and work tools to support the Operating Executive and talent organization leadership.
  • Assist with planning of meetings and webcasts including scheduling and communication, preparing and distributing materials.
  • Attend meetings, take notes and present meeting materials
  • Create and manage Office 365 Team and sharepoint sites
  • Leverage Office 365 tools to organize content, increase collaboration and manage tasks
  • Submit invoices for payment
  • Enter data into firm’s systems to support supplier reviews and the contract management process
  • Develop, edit and format emails, presentations and spreadsheets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree preferred in Human Resources, business administration, organizational development or a related field
  • 0 – 2 years of experience (entry level)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook are required
  • Experience using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Planner, To Do and Sharepoint is preferred
  • Professional presence and exceptional client service skills, exercising a high level of confidentiality in all work products and communications
  • Strong writing skills including composition, proofing and grammar
  • Ability to bring new ideas and creativity to content and design of presentations
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, time management and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate openness to new challenges, opportunities and continuous learning
  • Flexible and easily able to adapt to changes
  • Effective project planning with the ability to balance and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to guide and assist others on the use of software, tools and processes

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to work effectively in either an office or remote work setting
  • Able to work flexible hours and overtime based on project work
  • Some potential travel for learning, coaching or team meetings
