Job description

  • Provide support with strategic recruitment and sourcing strategies, candidate identification, development of candidate pipelines, initial resume review and candidate pre-screening.
  • Subject matter expert in talent sourcing strategies and development of new sourcing channels.
  • Understand technical requirements of open job orders and how it fits into the organization.
  • Execute on tactical outreach, referral generation, events, and pipelining efforts.
  • Source active and passive candidate profiles within applicant tracking system by utilizing various internet searches and tools.
  • Source active and passive candidates through external candidate databases and competitors
  • Builds relationships with candidates looking to get into the industry
  • Attends career fairs
  • Pre-screen candidates on their availability, job fit and basic technical skills match.
  • Establish strong candidate relationships and ensure positive representation of company brand and reputation.
  • Craft custom outreach and meaningful candidate engagement.
  • Passion around social media, Internet research, and employment branding.
  • Research and gather market intelligence.
  • Understand and execute against shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunities.
  • Track candidate activity and share with internal stakeholders.
  • Enters information accurately while maintaining and updating the existing database in a timely manner.
  • Flex support within team based on needs of the business or region.
  • Communicates effectively with internal and external customers.


Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • BA degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education/experience

Experience

  • 2+ years of sourcing experience with an agency or in-house recruiting team
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Familiarity with maintaining candidate pipelines in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Ability to build and maintain a long-term pipeline for hard-to-fill roles
  • Experience advising Recruiters and Hiring Managers on pipeline activity and developing strategy utilizing data
  • Health care industry knowledge and general comprehension of relevant technical skills, relevant companies, and university sources
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
