Radiant Montessori School is currently hiring Teacher’s Aides for its program. We have a
strong preference for hiring Teacher’s Aides who have previously worked at a Childcare
Center. But we also consider hiring individuals without prior experience for this position
provided they are interested in a long-term career and have the right attitude to work.
No matter whether you are experienced or not, a prerequisite for this job is a friendly
attitude toward parents and staff. We have a wonderful team of 22 staff members. All
are expected to work regular schedules unless a temporary change becomes necessary
due to staff absences.
Teacher’s Aides take directions from the Lead Teachers (or Montessori Guides) to keep
the classroom functioning smoothly.
This is a full-time position. Excellent health (60% employer paid) and dental (100%
employer paid) benefits are available after 90 days of employment. A generous 401k
retirement package is available after one year of employment.
