We are currently seeking REMARKable Team Members for Full-time and Part-time positions as Front of House, Back of House or Prep Team Members.

A Chick-fil-A team member performs guest service and food preparation duties. Guest service job duties include greeting customers, taking customer orders, completing transactions on the cash register, fulfilling orders, face-to-face ordering in drive thru and providing second mile service to our dining room guests. Food preparation duties consist of kitchen prep, kitchen cook, kitchen line assembly and catering prep. Additional team member duties include unloading deliveries, maintaining a clean store environment and adheres to all safety policies and health regulations. Meeting quality requirements and serving food that is safe to eat all day, every day, develops trust with Customers and shows them we care. To measure performance in these areas, we use these key metrics:

• Taste of food
• Temperature of food
• Portion size

3. Fast & Accurate Service - Deliver accurate orders in a quick manner

By executing this fundamental with excellence, we let Guests know we value their time and their business - and fast and accurate service is one reason why Customers keep coming back, specifically in the drive-thru. To measure performance in this area, we use these key metrics:

• Fast service
• Order accuracy

4. Clean & Safe Environment - Maintaining cleanliness & safety standards

Offering Guests a clean and safe environment is paramount to showing high levels of care. For many Customers, this priority is the most important value for dining with us. We measure performance in this area using these key metrics:

• Cleanliness
• Health Inspection Report
• SAFE Visits

Both part time and full time positions available. Full time positions require the availability of Monday-Saturday 5am-3pm OR 1pm-11pm.

Minimus Full time starting wage: $11.50/hour *actual wage based on position/experience
