Your Responsibilities:

- Act as a company advocate and embody the South Block values: purpose, innovation, community, appreciation, positivity, cleanliness and making people feel awesome!

- Deliver an exceptional guest experience while within the standards of management and South Block policies.

- Mulit-task in a fast pace environment, craft acai bowls/ smoothies and conduct accurate order taking procedures with a smile.

- Demonstrate effortless teamwork skills as you rely and assist fellow coworkers in providing the South Block - good vibes only - experience.

- Assist with all cleaning duties as stated on opening/closing and weekly checklists.

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.

- Report to work as scheduled and fulfill requirements for duration of shift.

You are:

- Committed to delivering good vibes and making people feel awesome! Willing to go above and beyond to do ensure and uphold our guaranteed love policy!

- Detail oriented with a knack for following recipes/ instructions to a tee!

- Positive by nature with natural smile and attitude that makes people want to be around you.

You have:

- Passion and love of the South Block product, brand, and experience. ONE BLOCK

- Ability to communicate verbally and understand and follow written and verbal instructions from management.

- Acai Bowl, Smoothie and Blender juggling abilities as you work well under pressure while maintaining a consistent pace to keep up with our bustling lines of guests.

- Good and stamina and energy.

- You love being on your feet and can lift up to 25 pounds, carrying boxes of fruit, acai, and paper goods.

- Must be able to move around the workspace as you bend down to scoop ingredients for menu items and reach up to maneuver blenders and crafting of bowls.

- Deliverer of good vibes in each guest experience with a smiling face and a fist bump.
