职位描述
1. Connect with NetEase first party studios around world, keep good commnunication and cooperation with these studios； 2. Promote the services & products of NetEase Game Technology Center to oversea studios; 3. Coordinate the communication and cooperation between domestic team (China) and oversea teams, providing unified solutions to studios; 4. Participate in internationalizing our service, including but not limited to translation, localization, promotion etc.; 5. Participate in building a fast-growing team for localized operation and maintenance cross different regions.
职位要求
1. Bacherlor's degree or above; 2. Fluent and professional in English，able to do formal communication verbally or in writting; 3. Good logic skills to quickly understand the business objectives of the Chinese team, and can independently align these objectives with the overseas teams; 4. Strong ownership and self-motivated; 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Nice To Have: - Experience in IT related fields; - Familiar with toB bussiness, especially in cloud computing (aws is favored); - Experience in global working scenario, eg. making communication plans across time zones, managing global teams, cross-cultural communication and cooperation etc.
