Must Haves:

3+ years of experience with the following:

• Enterprise Content Management systems (Tridion, HubSpot, Magento, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Sitecore, Joomla, etc.)
• Web and Mobile Configuration Management using CMS
• Read and update Web and Mobile .INI files
• XML and JSON service layers and functionality
• ServiceNow or JIRA Change, Incident, and Problem management processes
• Presenting solutions, root cause analysis, and regular interactions with Executives and Senior Executives

Day to Day:

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Technical Content Production Support Admin to join their Content Experience team. The Content Experience team is responsible for the continuous improvement and change management affecting application services related to these content management systems. These include management and oversight for: Incidents, Problems, Releases, Changes, Configurations, SLAs, Availability/Capacity, and Service Continuity.

The Admin will assist with identifying gaps and opportunities in user experience of enterprise content management system, completing tickets in Jira related to performance quality assurance procedures. They will also conduct training on transitioning or new functionality to CMS users groups. The Admin serves as the liaison between users, content producers and application development teams.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $51.00 per hour
