To be considered for a job at a rapidly expanding company in the Education - University industry, apply for Robert Half's Help Desk Analyst role, which will be responsible for supporting local and field users. As a Help Desk Analyst, you must have a passion for solving problems in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. Because this Help Desk Analyst role is very visible within the company, you will have a number of opportunities to make a positive impact on the department and the broader organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Tampa, Florida area and is a short-term contract opportunity.

What you get to do every single day

• Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
• Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems
• Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally
• Provide solutions and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
• Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
• Ticketing System experience
• Basic Troubleshooting experience desired
• Deep understanding of Call Center Customer Service
• Basic Network Troubleshooting experience preferred
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts
• Good understanding of IT support ticketing systems
