ABOUT:

Seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our expanding ICAM business. This position is located with our client in the Washington, DC Metro Area, and is expected to be mostly remote.

BACKGROUND:

Seeking a senior resource to lead a team developing full-stack applications and performing technical research on emerging technologies. The role will be focused on technical execution with input on overall technical strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serves as technical advisor for clients, providing industry insight, technology trends, best practices, and solution concepts directly related to their mission needs.
• Identifies opportunity for growth, supports capture for new business under the portfolio.
• Documents and presents technical and project briefs for clients, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversees application development initiatives under the guidance of the CTO.
• Oversees application development team to create, enhance and maintain software products and applications.
• Responsible for quality and timelines of team deliverables.
• Supervises team members responsible for day-to-day application development and project delivery.
• Manages the development and delivery of multiple projects, ranging from rapid prototyping to production delivery.
• Provides technical leadership during systems design and architecture phases of the projects.
• Implements and manages software development best practices: Agile Scrum/Kanban, DevOps/DevSecOps.
• Prioritizes projects and resources based on client needs, scheduling, and resource availability.
• Identifies and recommends new technology solutions.
• Keeps up-to-date with advancements in the technology field.
• Researches emerging technology and identifies summary findings, opportunities, and recommendations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree.
• ICAM experience.
• Experience as an analyst supporting and performing on large, data analysis, reporting, strategic communications laden projects/programs in the private or public sectors.
• Team oriented individual who is able to work with multiple sizes of groups or departments, as well as a diverse group of individuals.
• Willingness to work until the job is done – and commitment to the mission.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skill.
• Proficient in windows based software including Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio.
• Ability to work at every level of the organization, from team members to top level executives.
• Great networking skills and the ability to enthuse colleagues as a business necessity.
• Strong analytical skills – assertive and inquisitive manner that allows the individual to take indirectly related and orally communicated information and transform it into actionable information.
• Flexible towards travelling within the United States.
• Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 Vaccination or have accommodation documents completed by the date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination is required.
