Koch Specialty Plant Services, LLC (KSPS) is seeking a Regional Sales representative to join our team. In this highly visible role , the successful candidate will be the owner of the relationships between KSPS, LLC and its customers within the Southeast market(s). Customers will include end users primarily from the refining, petrochemical, midstream, upstream along with end users from the power, pulp & paper and vapor markets. Our Regional Sales representatives work closely with our customers' technical and commercial personnel to develop equipment proposals that offer a valuable solution to the customers' need. The role involves close teamwork internally with our estimating, contracts, operations teams and subject matter experts to ensure that the KSPS solution offers the most value to the customer.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a self-starter with high energy who enjoys being an entrepreneur.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Drive growth strategy within your assigned territory across a variety of markets
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Sell the company's Specialty Service capabilities including mass transfer installation / code vessel work, heat transfer and combustion solutions, piping specialty welding and professional services. This includes generating proposals, facilitating agreement on terms and conditions, processing customer POs and project turnovers to the operations team.
  • Collaborate with our internal estimating capability to determine cost estimates.
  • Interface with customers to verify that our scope of supply meets their needs & expectations.
  • Serve as a resource during execution of sold projects to ensure customer satisfaction

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Sales or engineering experience in the oil & gas, power or pulp & paper industries
  • Previous Experience in industrial construction & sales
  • TWIC Card or the eligibility to get one
  • Demonstrated success to negotiate mutually beneficial commercial outcomes with counterparties
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Salesforce CRM platform experience
  • Experience selling industrial or petrochemical equipment or services
  • Experience leveraging customer feedback and market information to develop and execute successful sales strategies, propose transformative solutions and help bring new offerings to market.
  • Experience in combustion equipment (flares, fired heaters, boilers, and/or thermal oxidizers, etc…)
  • Experience establishing and growing mutually beneficial relationships with customers.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
