Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring technical support analysts to join our IT team in Dallas, TX. This role will provide hands on and remote support to our branch offices across the country. This position is will be onsite at our corporate office in Dallas and will require travel to assigned offices approximately 25%-50% of the time.

Responsibilities
- Setup, maintain, and support computer hardware, software, networks and telephone systems / VOIP at assigned offices
- Support end users via telephone or remote support tools
- Coordinate and manage technical projects and relocations
- Maintain detailed inventory and documentation of all systems, computer systems, internet service, facility network diagrams, Sfax and Worldview / OnBase accounts, office equipment, telephone lines/VOIP, telephone systems, and copiers.
- Monitoring and managing the support queue (ITSM)
- Imaging Workstations, Citrix platform, VPN clients, VPN concentrators, Managed SD-WAN
Qualifications
- An Associate’s degree from technical school or at least three years of related work experience is required.
- Demonstrated experience managing small to medium-sized technology projects is required.
- Must have experience and working knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and telephone systems / VOIP.
- Must have customer support experience, including support of end-users, and experience with inventory tracking.
- Must have knowledge of HIPAA regulations and requirements.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
- Must be willing to travel 25-50% of the time; overnight travel by air or personal vehicle
