LocalTel Communications is looking for energetic, friendly and motivated people to join our Technical Support Department. Ideal applicants will have outstanding customer service and communications skills, as well as a helpful disposition. Experience troubleshooting internet, television, and phone service preferred, but not necessary. Bi-lingual encouraged but not required. EOE

Technical Support Representative Job Duties:

• Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding client through corrective steps.
• Improves customer relations by entering and maintaining electronic documentation.
• Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
• Increases knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Maintains a professional relationship with customers, co-workers and outside resources.

• Skilled in working independently, as well as part of a team.
• Self-Motivated
• Critical thinker
• Friendly and helpful

Experience:

• Networking, Routers, VoIP
• Operating Systems: Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 10. Mac OSX a plus.
• Familiarity with Email Clients, such as Windows Live Mail, Outlook, etc.

Compensation depending on experience. Following trial period of full-time employment, benefits include medical, dental, 401K, HSA, as well as free/discounted phone, internet, and television service, if available in your area.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
