Title: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: Full-Time / Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Identify problems/issues within Certrec SaaS Products (terminology, bug, enhancement, interface, paradox, security, redundancy, procedural, consistency, accuracy, marketing)
- Support for all inbound chat, and telephone calls.
- Assist Certrec employees with website usage and reports of issues, if needed.
- Format various documents per policy and procedures and follow through the review process.
- Assist Project Managers in the preparation of contractor agreements and associated processes.
- Master all Certrec websites and products.
- Assist in developing current customer relations and facilitate new ones.
- Assistance with tasks in other departments may be assigned when acceptable.
- Assist Customer Support Supervisor, as needed.
Qualifications:
- HS or GED Degree and 2+ years of related work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, Adobe, and most web browsers.
- Ability to assist both internal and external users with SaaS and access issues.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail for precise analysis of data.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work with teams and collaborate.
- Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
